Susan Chrisman is a staple of the Boulder Real Estate community. If you were to ask any familiar names in the industry, you'll hear the same common themes, "reliable, fair, professional, over-delivers, don't know how she does it all." She's been a property manager for over 35 years, and she's managed over 1,200,000 square feet in Boulder and the surrounding area for much of that time. She's a CSU alumnus and is continually educating herself on industry standards and best practices. She's best known for often (always) going above and beyond for any tenant, owner, investor, or contractor. Susan has a supportive husband, 2 adult children that live locally, and 4 beautiful grandchildren that she pours into every chance she gets. She's been involved in Rotary for 27 years and has been cited on two occasions with the Service Above Self Award. She was also awarded with Women Who Light Up the Community citation through the Boulder Chamber of Commerce. She has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for MS research, has a huge heart for the homeless and somehow manages to spend time supporting those in need, generously, on top of her workload. She's a true philanthropist and foundational piece of the Boulder Real Estate community. For those that are lucky enough to work with her, it's an honor and a truly enjoyable experience.
