Susan Cerone

As a CCIM, Susan has an extensive international network to successfully market and sell your property. She has the tools and the education to explore all of the possible opportunities available. Her area of expertise is vast. She was one of the first women homebuilders in our area, participated in land development and started her portfolio of commercial investment properties. Her experiences have allowed her to see the whole spectrum of real estate from the client’s point of view. Susan prides herself in spending time listening to her client’s needs and wants to find the best strategies for reaching their goals. Susan has two daughters, Victoria, and Jessica, residing in Albany and does volunteer work in our city schools with her dog Sophia.
