Susan Bourgeois has over 20 years experience in retail real estate, providing commercial brokerage services for buying, selling and leasing commercial retail properties. Before joining Rappaport, Susan was responsible for strategic planning, single entity freestanding and shopping center site acquisitions and retail tenant relationships for JDH Capital LLC of Charlotte, N.C. Prior to her affiliation with JDH, Susan was Senior Director of Real Estate for Eckerd Corporation, responsible for drug store development in the Mid-Atlantic region. Before Eckerd, Susan served in various corporate real estate and legal positions with Modell’s Sporting Goods, Checkers Drive-In Restaurants and in private practice involving real estate development and corporate law. A graduate of the University of Florida, Susan earned a Jurist Doctorate degree with Honors from the University’s College of Law and a degree in Business Administration with Honors in finance from the School of Business
