Susan Acciaioli

Susan Acciaioli is a leasing broker specializing in tenant representation with Mid-America Real Estate-Michigan, Inc. Susan represents national and regional throughout the state of Michigan and works with them to ascertain their needs and assist in the site selection and lease negotiation process. Susan also has experience in retail leasing and land sales directly for landlords as well as retail surplus properties. Susan began her career in real estate in Lansing, Michigan and then she relocated to Phoenix, Arizona where she worked for a large developer as an asset manager involved in all facets of the development process. Returning to Michigan, Susan worked for Talon Development Group where she focused on the management and leasing of their retail portfolio. Susan then joined Lormax Properties as a retail broker working primarily to expand the exclusive tenant representation business at Lormax. Susan joined Mid-America Real Estate Michigan, Inc. at its inception in 2011 where she has specialized in bringing new tenants to the Michigan market. Some of Susan’s clients include: Top Golf, Duluth Trading Company, Jo-Ann, Staples, Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Valvoline Instant Oil Change, Tropical Smoothie Cafe, Visionworks and Yardbird.
