Sue Smith

Argent was established in 2005 by Sue Smith, an accomplished, long time Reno broker who has more than 20 years of experience in NORTHERN NEVADA COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE as well as land use issues. There is certainly something to be said about the female touch when it comes to commercial real estate. Sue Smith, a distinguished member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR- www.sior.com) joining the ranks of highly skilled commercial and investment real estate experts across the country. She graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno, in 1974 and is a lifelong resident of Reno. She has the eye for detail and a keen sense of active communication needed to get your deal across the finish line. Prior to establishing Argent, Sue spent 14 years as a broker with Commercial Properties of Nevada in Reno. Her community involvement includes serving on the Reno Planning Commission was then elected to the Reno City Council, where she served from 1987-1991.
