Stuart Watson began his career with CBRE in 2003 and is now a Senior Vice President in CBRE’s Calgary Office. Stuart is a leading advisor in the Calgary office leasing market and has represented more than 10 million square feet over 1,700+ transactions. Stuart’s work is recognized locally and nationally for the outstanding outcomes he provides to his owner and occupier clients. In 2005, Stuart co-founded the CBRE Calgary Office Leasing and Sales Team, which provides solutions for leasing, marketing, acquisitions/dispositions, renewals, and portfolio strategy for inner-city and suburban office properties in Calgary. In 2019, the Team received the prestigious Hutcheson Award, recognizing them as CBRE’s top leasing team in Canada.
