Stuart is the most recent addition to the H&R Retail team. He previously served as Vice President of Retail Leasing at Promark Partners in Rockville, Maryland. Stuart’s notable transactions include a 70,000 square foot Onelife Fitness, twenty Club Pilates locations, over ten Smoothie King locations and currently overseeing the market entry for Yoga Six and Row House. In 2017 & 2019 Stu was named as a Costar Power Broker in the Washington DC Market for Retail Leasing Transactions. During his career, Stuart has represented national retailers including Bed Bath & Beyond, Onelife Fitness, Xponential Fitness, Checkers, 7-Eleven, Johnny Rockets, Smoothie King, Club Pilates, Cycle Bar, Yoga Six, Great Clips, Dollar General, Salons By JC, Mathnasium, Bon Chon Chicken, LA Boxing, Title Boxing, and KinderCare. Stuart has represented local retailers including Sport & Health Clubs, DGS Delicatessen, St. Arnold’s Mussel Bar, Next Phase Fitness Studios, Whole Pet Central, and Tipo’s Toy Box. In addition to tenant representation roster, Stuart has represented landlords in urban and suburban properties across Maryland, Virginia and Washington, DC.
