Over the years, Stuart has concentrated his experience and skills in the healthcare sector. Stuart works within a diverse range of healthcare CRE assets classes including medical office buildings (MOB’s), ambulatory surgery centers (ASC’s), on and off campus facilities, and skilled nursing facilities, etc. Stuart also provides strategic advisory services for healthcare provider tenants.
