Stu Peterson, SIOR

Stu specializes in industrial tenants and owner/user purchasers of industrial properties, with a focus on the Southwest submarket from Hillsboro to Wilsonville. As a former CPA, Stu has experience in analyzing the financial aspects of real estate transactions. Stu has dealt extensively with city officials and local land use issues in the Portland metropolitan area. He has served on six different citizen committees dealing with transportation and planning issues affecting our region. Stu has been nominated by the Portland Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors for the Transaction of the Year Award four times in the Industrial category and once in the Office category. He is a consistent recipient of the CoStar Power Broker Award for both sales and leases, and consistently amongst the Top Ten in Industrial Leasing and Sales Transactions in the Portland metropolitan area.
