Stewart has developed a sterling reputation as a leading developer in the Midwest and is affiliated with the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), is on the National NAIOP Board of Directors and is on the national mixed-use forum for NAIOP, where he is part of roundtables that discuss national trending and research.
