Stewart Beal

Stewart W. Beal has been involved in the construction and real estate industries for over 10 years and in 2001, founded Beal Properties, LLC as a real estate investment vehicle. Mr. Beal purchased his first property at age 19, a 5 unit apartment house in Ypsilanti, MI. Mr. Beal's executive experience also includes serving as President of Beal Incorporated, a demolition contracting company, and Vice President (and founder) of Burns Lawn Care & Landscaping Incorporated. Mr. Beal also serves as the manager of Go Downtown! LLC and Historic Equities Fund I, LLC, real estate holding companies established to develop Luxury Lofts in historic buildings. Mr. Beal has a degree in Business Management from Eastern Michigan University and serves on Ypsilanti's Central Business Community and Ypsilanti's Downtown Development Authority. In 2007, Crains Detroit Business included Stewart Beal in their "20 in their 20's" feature and many other leading publications have recognized him as a growing force in local entrepreneurship.
