This work is done for entrepreneurial owners/users, corporations, commercial developers, and all medical users and facilities. Ms. Schneider possesses over 20 years experience as a top Leasing Director, Tenant Representative and Marketing Representative for major commercial and residential companies such as Miglin-Beitler Developments Inc, The Habitat Company Inc, and Baird and Warner Commercial Corp. Here project and transaction experience range across all property types in both urban and suburban settings. Ms. Schneider is highly entrepreneurial, having launched a successful career developing a private wellness practice. As a business owner, Ms. Schneider has extensive exposure and knowledge in sales, leasing and marketing in the Medical and Healthcare industry as well as other industries. Ms. Schneider graduated from Columbia College and holds a degree in Communications/Broadcast Journalism Ms. Schneider is a licensed Real Estate Broker.
