Steven Zacher

Steve offers experience in the marketing, sales, and leasing of major industrial, retail, office, and investment properties, primarily in Northeast Indiana. Steve joined The Zacher Company in 1987. He has been the Managing Broker since 1998. Steve is a licensed Managing Broker and Certified General Appraiser in Indiana. He has been elected to the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) as an active industrial member. He has earned his professional designation as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Steve was the 2002 President of the Indiana/Kentucky Chapter of SIOR. He is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors (ICBR). He was recognized by ICBR as a Top Industrial Performer in 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2018. Steve is an associate member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Steve serves on the Board of Trustees of Canterbury School. He has served on the Advisory Board of Goodwill Industries of NE Indiana in various capacities since 1987, including two years as Chairperson. He has served on the Board for Family and Children’s Services, Inc. He is a trustee and a member of the Board of Directors of Congregation Achduth Vesholom. He is a member of the Business Forum, a Fort Wayne business club. He is a board member of the University of Michigan Alumni Club of Fort Wayne.
