Steven K. Winters brings more than three decades of experience in retail real estate spanning many disciplines, including retail property leasing, sales, development layout and design and consulting on behalf of retailers, retail property owners and developers. Steven has completed well over 450 transactions, securing several million square feet of space valued at more than $750 million. He has represented owners and developers. Steven is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and donates his time working with children as a Little League & travel baseball coach.
