Steven Stone

Steven joined KM in 2012 following his time spent at Professional Project Management Services, a management firm which served as a manager for the Fort Bend County Toll Road Authority and other local municipalities and governmental agencies. Since joining KM Realty, Steven has handled several hundred leases and renewals and has helped develop a number of shopping centers for the company. Steven is a licensed real estate broker and currently an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Commercial Real Estate Network (CREN) where he served for two years as President. Steven is a graduate of Texas Tech University’s Rawls College of Business and University of Houston’s C.T. Bauer College of Business MBA Program.
