Steven A. Soutendijk joined Cushman & Wakefield Retail Services in 2004. Mr. Soutendijk represents many of Manhattan's most prominent property owners and has been instrumental in arranging transactions involving some of New York's most recognizable retailers. Mr. Soutendijk has been involved in two transactions that were nominated for the Real Estate Board of New York’s Annual Retail Deal of the Year Award: the American Eagle Times Square flagship transaction at 1551 Broadway; and the JP Morgan Chase transaction at 530 Fifth Avenue. In the tenant representation area, Mr. Soutendijk has worked on transactions involving prominent national retailers such as Charles Schwab, China Grill Management, Ecko, Garrett Popcorn Shops, Fireman Hospitality Group and JP Morgan Chase. In 2008, he relocated the world-renowned watchmaker Audemars Piguet to a new flagship on East 57th Street.
