My name is Steve and I am the owner of 447 West 36th Street, a historic, multi-purpose and iconic 6 story building located in the Hudson Yards, Midtown West, NYC. My team and I have been hosting film shoots, gallery openings and conferences for over 25 years. Hundreds of celebrities, musicians and sports stars have been recorded, filmed and photographed here during that time. As the owner of the property, I guarantee my guests the many services and perks we offer, without going through unnecessary organizational layers.
