Steven Seinfeld

Steven Seinfeld began his career in downtown Los Angeles in 1986. Subsequent to representing institutional landlord’s such as TCW Realty Advisors and California Public Employees Retirement System in negotiating office and commercial real estate transactions, Steven started specializing in corporate tenant representation in 1995. Steven’s depth of knowledge, expertise, and ability to develop strategies and leverage transactions is significant. His focus is achieving client objectives while consistently out-performing the market. Throughout his career, he has personally been responsible for yielding millions of dollars in corporate savings on behalf of clients, and will do everything possible to protect and advance their concerns.
