Steven Reichman

Steve has recently represented tenants in the entertainment, telecommunications and logistics industries. In addition, he has over 25 years' experience in management consulting, healthcare administration and enterprise management. These business experiences provide Mr. Reichman with unique insight into his clients' requirements. As a result of Steve's varied experience, he has been able to successfully complete assignments in both the manufacturing and service sectors assisting varied clients such as law and accounting firms, pharmaceutical manufacturers, construction firms and social service providers. Mr. Reichman is also involved at a senior level in the company's property management practice. Prior to joining the firm, Steve managed several industrial and office properties on Long Island. In addition, he has been a principal in several healthcare companies. These companies focused on closed door pharmacy, durable medical equipment, wholesale distribution, manufacturing and export management. Steve's earlier experience was as a management consultant in a multi-national firm working with Fortune 500 companies.
