Steven Rea

He has been involved in commercial real estate since 2017, but his interest in the industry dates back much further. His previous experience asset managing Class A office and industrial buildings has provided him invaluable knowledge that will allow him to best serve client’s goals and objectives. Throughout his career, he has learned that listening and effective problem solving are two ingredients for successful outcomes and relationships. That philosophy follows him in all attributes of his life. Steven is an Associate at Versa Real Estate Services supporting clients throughout Chicagoland. Prior to joining the firm, he provided asset management services to Class A Office and Industrial property owners. Steven also served in the Army, including two tours in Iraq, and used the GI Bill to attend Roosevelt University where he received a Master of Science, Real Estate where coursework and industry exposure led him to pursue his career path.
