Steven J. Paramski is a Managing Director With Vestian Global Workplace Solutions representing clients internationally out of Chicago, Illinois. Using his financial background, Steve has closed over $670 million in transactions. Due to the importance surrounding real estate decisions and financial implications, Steven provides his clients with quantitative tools including Net Present Value (NPV) analysis, Effective Net Rent (ENR) analysis, cash flow analysis and other financial modeling that is pertinent to the client’s specific situation. Steven also provides market and industry research as well as market analysis to his client projects. His honed analytical skills are an asset to all of his projects and clients. Steven has worked with notable national and international companies to assist them in achieving their business objectives through real estate strategy and transactions. His representative client assignments include: American Reprographics, Popular Bank, CGI Group, Inc., C. H. Robinson Worldwide, Columbia Analytical Services, DXP Enterprises, National Exchange Services, Mallory Alexander Logistics, and Regal Beloit Corporation, among others. Steven has provided financial and market analysis as well as market research for various types of real estate projects, including strategic planning and transactions across a diverse range of asset types, including office, land, call centers and data centers throughout the United States. Steve is an active member of Vestian’s capital markets specialty. Before joining Vestian, Steven was employed at Mohr Partners, Inc. most recently as a Managing Director representing large tenants on complex real estate & financing activities. Steven started his professional career with Merrill Lynch & Company, working with the firm’s Private Banking and Investment Group (PBIG) in Chicago, Illinois. Steven utilized his financial and analytical background to analyze and evaluate a diverse range of industries and investment asset classes, including fixed income, equity, risk management, money market, exchange traded funds, and hedge funds, among others.
