Steven Nilsson

A 30-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry, he joined Colliers MN in 2007. Steve specializes in industrial sales and leasing, serving as a landlord, tenant and owner representative for clients across the greater Twin Cities metro area. His clients include Link Industrial Properties, First Industrial Realty Trust and Brennan Investment Group. He holds both SIOR and CCIM real estate designations and am licensed in Minnesota. Outside of work Steven volunteers with Tee It Up for the Troops, the St. Thomas Academy CadetWorks mentorship program, and his daughter's softball team in the City of Mendota Heights. He currently resides with my family in Mendota Heights, Minnesota. As a member of the Colliers MN brokerage team, Steven is completely focused on accelerating the success of my clients.
