Steven McCleaf

Steven D. McCleaf is the President of Langley Realty Partners, LLC. He oversees the day-to-day operations of Warfield at Historic Sykesville, including all development, construction, and property management activities. Mr. McCleaf has over 20 years of real estate investment and development experience. Mr. McCleaf founded Langley Realty Partners, LLC in 2008. Langley was founded as both a vehicle to invest in real estate and provide fee-based advisory services, including land acquisition and development, property management, asset management, stabilized property acquisitions, construction management, financing, and brokerage services. Langley has consulted with a wide variety of clients in the acquisition, development, and management of multifamily and mixed-use properties. Areas of expertise include adaptive reuse and urban/suburban redevelopment opportunities, as well as distressed and other special situations. Recently, Langley became more engaged in the institutional advisory and brokerage business by aligning with Colliers International, a large international real estate advisory firm.
