Steven Marvin

Steven H. Marvin , Executive Managing Director and Partner has been with Olmstead Properties, Inc. since 1993 and has been involved in real estate brokerage and management in New York City since 1988. Prior to joining Olmstead, Mr. Marvin used his background in multi-tenanted loft renovation projects as the leasing/managing agent guiding the conversion of 584-588 Broadway into one of Soho’s prominent office buildings. He is currently responsible for the development and implementation of the leasing and marketing of approximately 1.5 million square feet. Mr. Marvin received a B.A. from Clark University. He is married and resides in New York City.
