Since 1998, Steve has specialized in the acquisition and disposition of apartment buildings throughout Northern California. Having completed the sale of buildings ranging from 4-200 units, Steve specializes in the listing and marketing of properties for Sellers. His unique ability to recognize and demonstrate value through information management and market knowledge has earned Steve the respect from his peers and clients as a reliable advisor. In addition to maintaining a very active brokerage schedule, Steve has managed a variety of different assets ranging from small and medium sized apartment properties to high end luxury condominium buildings. After attending the University of Iowa for several years, he earned his Bachelor¹s of Science in Marketing from Ferris State University in Big Rapids, MI in 1990. Prior to joining Arroyo & Coates, Steve was a Head Golf Professional with Marriott International¹s Golf Division. After a brief absence from competitive golf, Steve regained his amateur status and currently participates in local city and state sponsored competitions.
