Steven Borum

Steven D. Borum is a fifth-generation resident of Fort Worth. He brings to Colonial Commercial Real Estate LLC exceptional experience in various business arenas of automotive, family law, oil and gas leasing, title, and acquisitions, commercial real estate investing, property management, developing, finance, and consulting business growth and expansion. Steven built a portfolio of commercial investment properties ranging from multi-use office and residential, to the development of commercial lots on I-30 in Fort Worth, and a revitalization project off Bryant Irvin North. After years of working with an incredible team of clients, banks, business partners, and network of builders, he has expanded his business network to searching for and acquiring investment equity for multi-family, industrial, commercial, condominiums, and other income producing properties. For 20 years he’s been working with people and businesses to find creative solutions for their individual and business needs. Steven has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a degree in Geology and Earth Sciences from the University of Texas in Arlington and is completing his masters at TCU in Hydrology and Seismic Exploration. Steven brings entrepreneurial experience, passion, and broad knowledge in real estate. He loves to hunt, fish, shoot skeet, weight train, play golf, is a foodie, and most of all loves to hang out with his son who attends Trinity Valley School in Fort Worth.
