Steven Bloomer

Steven Bloomer joined LandPark Commercial in 2019 as an Advisor focusing on tenant representation, investment sales and business development. As a member of LandPark’s experienced full-service CRE team, Steven is a dedicated professional providing clients with responsive and knowledgeable representation. Prior to joining LandPark, Steven worked extensively in the steel industry where he had broad responsibilities in quality control, logistics, marketing, as well as, providing accounting and sales support. In addition, Steven’s past experience includes project management and supervision of multiple job sites within the construction industry. Steven’s business experience and market knowledge gives him a solid foundation in understanding his client’s specific needs, working within a collaborative team structure and developing a strategic plan(s) to achieve desired results for his valued clients. He currently focuses on industrial, retail and office projects and opportunities within the Greater Houston market. Steven enjoys spending time with Beau, his 3 year old son, and has a love for the outdoors. He’s actively involved in golf, hunting, fishing, target shooting and volunteers his time working on small construction projects for friends and family.
