Steven Bielefeldt

Steven Bielefeldt is a commercial real estate broker with DB Commercial, LLC a company founded by him and his wife, Tina Dettman-Bielefeldt, in 1999. Bielefeldt has been in the commercial real estate field for more than 40 years having invested in prime parcels of property. His grandfather, Oscar Bielefeldt, founded THE WHITE STORE, a chain of department stores located in the Green Bay market. Bielefeldt followed in his grandfather and father’s footsteps and spent about 25 years in the family business working his way up to president of the company. After deciding to close the stores, he turned his part-time dalliance in commercial real estate into a full-time occupation as an owner and real estate broker. Since founding DB Commercial, Bielefeldt has been active in business and commercial sales and leasing. The company has closed on apartment buildings, golf courses, warehouses, mini storage, vacant land, and a wide assortment of businesses. In addition, he has leased space to both national and local tenants in numerous properties throughout the Green Bay market utilizing the experience gained in leasing his own strip shopping center properties.
