I have been with the Barber Murphy Group since the company started in 2005 and was recently made a partner in 2012. I specialize in the Industrial Real Estate Market in Southern Illinois. Prior to joining the Barber Murphy Group I sold industrial equipment to manufacturing facilities throughout the midwest. My experience with manufacturing and warehousing has provided me with a strong knowledge and perspective of the industrial market in Southern Illinois. I have over 20 years of direct sales and 7 plus years experience in commercial real estate. I have extensive experience with brown feild redevelopment projects and have tackled some of the most dificult properties. Having my CCIM and SIOR designations has provided me with the resources and skill sets necessary to provide clients with the support you need.
