Steve Zahn

Steve has been with RTI for over 20 years and is the Director of RTI’s Retail and Commercial Division. He also oversees special projects at the company. His expertise in real estate and property management extends over 30 years. Steve has a vast knowledge of property management, maintenance, and construction management, having worked on well over 130 major renovation/construction projects spanning his career. Prior to working at RTI, Steve was a Senior Property Supervisor for a major property management firm in Los Angeles County. He also has owned several small businesses. Steve has a formal education in accounting, business administration, and has been certified in a number of industry related courses. Steve is a member of several real estate organizations including The California Bureau of Real Estate. He holds a California real estate license.
