Steve has been a solution finder for his entire professional career. His first career was as a chemical engineer working for the food industry to start and then spending several years in the medical device field. Steve was able to apply his education and experience to solve many complex challenges in a timely and effective manner. In 2006 Steve decided to make a career shift and move into Real Estate. Given what happened in the market, Steve applied is solution finding skills and became one of the most effective short sale listing agents in the Twin Cities. With that came understanding the intricacies of the finance and investor world. As the market kept changing, Steve decided to apply his formal education and experience into the commercial Real Estate world. Steve currently focuses on Land for development and redevelopment, multi-family and tenant representation.
