Steve Warwick

A Wilmington native, Steve has been a Commercial Broker in the Wilmington area since 1986. Along with Bill Maus and Hansen Matthews, Steve Warwick founded Maus, Warwick, Matthews & Co. in 1987. Steve specializes in Income Properties, raw land development, 1031 exchanges and transactions in medical sector. Steve received his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from East Carolina University School of Business. He is a member of many civic and professional organizations including the National Association of Realtors, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, the University of North Carolina at Wilmington Foundation Board, the North Carolina Association of Realtors, Wilmington Board of Realtors, Wilmington Kiwanis Club, and UNCW Endowment Board. Steve likes to spend his spare time hunting, running, and enjoying water sports.
