Steve Walman

Steve Walman is the Managing Broker of Walman Commercial Real Estate Services, L.L.C., specializing in retail commercial real estate services in the Tulsa Metro Area. Steve has over 25 years experience in leasing and development of shopping centers including projects in Seattle WA, Portland OR, and the Tulsa Metro Area. For 8 years, Steve was involved with new project leasing and site development for national development companies; Zaremba Corporation and Pan Pacific Development. Upon returning to Tulsa, Steve was an Associate Broker and Partner at a local brokerage company until starting Walman Commercial Real Estate Services in 2002. With a reputation for experience, expertise and integrity in the commercial real estate industry, Steve offers a proven track record in all aspects of retail development, leasing, sales and site selection for national and regional tenants. Steve attended the University of Oklahoma and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing. Steve’s ongoing mission for himself and the company is to provide superior representation and performance in all areas of service to our clients.
