ABOUT

After a successful career in the restaurant industry, Steve joined Grove in 1994. He has been responsible for the leasing, construction, and management of Grove’s commercial portfolio throughout New England. Throughout his 30+ year career, Steve spearheaded the development of sites in Longmeadow and Edgartown Massachusetts, Simsbury, East Lyme, and Glastonbury Connecticut as well as Bozeman Montana. Steve was instrumental in signing leases throughout the portfolio with the likes of Gap, Athleta, Talbots, Starbucks, Bank of America, and The Black Dog. Working with both local, regional, and national tenants alike to create a diverse mix of tenants throughout the portfolio
