Since its inception in 1965, Nova Property Management is a local family operated management company in Volusia County, Florida, owned by Jerome Unatin, M.D. and managed by his brother Steven Unatin, consisting of one residential community, commercial office and retail shopping centers, industrial business parks, and land development. Extensive market knowledge and geographical assessment in Volusia County by an experienced staff has allowed our company to successfully attain the goal of developing quality real estate projects that enhance each property’s living and working environment. Our management’s top priority is to ensure excellence in the focus of tenant needs and building maintenance. Our company provides in-house maintenance personnel tailored to the particular tenant’s needs, and we also retain a number of third party services, including, but not limited to, construction management, accounting and financing. We currently own and manage one residential and six commercial properties, consisting of a 148 unit apartment complex, four office/retail shopping centers, and two industrial business parks. We also have three vacant land parcels available in Volusia County, FL.
