Steve Tovani is based out of the Colliers Pleasanton Office as a Senior Vice President, specializing in Office Leasing and Investment Sales. Steve works alongside our Pleasanton brokers, applying his unique insights to real estate transactions from the perspective of both landlord and tenant as well as buyer and seller. Steve has been in the real estate industry for over 30 years with a broad focus of tenant and landlord representation as well as the intimate understanding of portfolio management, strategic asset repositioning, acquisition, and disposition. He’s worked closely with Fortune 500 companies such as Goldman Sachs, Google, Dell/EMC, and Texas Instruments as well as international investment funds and boutique firms addressing needs such as, space requirements, lease negotiations, space planning and tenant improvements.
