Steven J. Tomaso’s leadership experience as the Senior Vice President of the country’s largest publicly traded REIT for manufactured home communities brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to IRE Investment. His experience involves the many facets involved with the ownership and operation of over 300 properties with 120,000 sites. This involvement included over 160 property transactions totaling more than $3 billion during his tenure with the publicly traded REIT. In addition, he also had a Director position with a privately held RV Resort company with over 40 properties. His involvement with operations and sales transactions makes him one of New York’s leading individuals for the Manufactured Housing and RV Resort real estate asset class.
