Steve Tobias

As an associate Broker, Steve has had 28 years commercial real estate experience with expertise in investment sales, land development, office, and multi-family. He has represented tenants such as Block Buster Video, Great Clips, Q Lube, and Maaco Autobody. He has participated in the approval and development of 1800 units of apartments in four western states and a 565 unit self-storage project with combined property values of $150,000,000. Steve enjoys hiking, fishing, and taxidermy. He plays the piano and has written over 20 songs. He is married to the love of his life, Janalee, and has two wonderful daughters, Lisa and Stephanie.
