Steve Soja

Since beginning his real estate career in 2008, Steve was able to quickly establish himself as a top producer in the Rochester market reaching annual leasing and sales volume north of $25 million. Steve has gained extensive experience as both a Tenant/Buyer representative and as a Landlord/Seller representative and has closed sizeable transactions in office, industrial, retail and investment properties. Since CoStar began recognizing individual Rochester area brokers for Power Broker Awards in 2016, Steve has consistently been awarded Power Broker awards in multiple categories. Prior to his real estate career, Steve spent five seasons as a successful professional baseball pitcher, playing for minor league teams in the Midwest and West Coast. He is a 2003 graduate of Coastal Carolina University where he graduated cum laude with a BSBA in both Finance and Business Management degrees. At Coastal Carolina, Steve was a member of 3 Big South Champion baseball teams. Steve has served on the Boards of two local non-profit organizations, Fellowship of Christian Athletes and Reach One Reach A Million.
