Steve Reeves

Steve Reeves joined Joseph & Camper Commercial in 2020. He attended Northwestern University before acquiring his Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) certification and founding a brokerage firm. Pivoting on that experience, he established a real estate company in 2008 that focused on residential property rehabilitation in the Peoria area. In addition, Steve has founded and operated an impressive list of locally recognizable businesses over the last 14 years, including Happy Fish Sushi, Gin Joint, Little Raven Creamery, and more. During this time, Steve learned how to seek out the suitable locations for each type of business and how to negotiate favorable deals with landlords. At Joseph & Camper, Steve uses an outside-the-box approach, sharing relatable experiences to help entrepreneurial spirits achieve their visions. He knows the struggles business owners face, having lived them for over a decade right here in the local market.
