Steve Piercey

Steve has been in the commercial real estate since buying and converting his first income property. Since then, his experience in building a real estate portfolio has provided him with extensive hands on knowledge of the Ottawa market. That experience includes all facets of real estate, with a particular focus on income producing properties including investment analysis, contracts and negotiations, permits, financing and mortgages, joint ventures, raising capital and buying and selling transactions. He has personally acted as a developer and general contractor on new development projects executing design, trades management and project completion in the Ottawa and Calgary markets. Recently Steve was instrumental in creating a residential property management firm in the Ottawa market. His firm managed investment and commercial properties for various clients, giving him a strong background in the leasing and property management business. Steve is an avid promoter of entrepreneurship and his strength as a commercial representative comes from his unique perspective and knowledge as both a real estate investor and business owner. This allows him to truly understand the needs and demands of clients. Steve's focus will be on helping business find the right property and lease to suit their needs and serve private and institutional investors with acquisition, disposition, leasing and management services.
