Steve Peckar

Steve joined J&B in April 2002, after 18 years in the commercial banking industry in areas of real estate finance, construction lending and debt restructuring. His B.S. degree in Accounting from Colorado State University (1984) and coursework towards an MBA in Finance at University of Colorado Denver (1986-7) provide the background for his experience directing the property underwriting and acquisitions, treasury management, investments, leasing and construction management areas of the firm. He also participates with Burton and Mindy in all strategic business decisions regarding commercial property acquisitions, sales, leasing and financial management. Steve holds an active Colorado real estate broker’s license. On weekends you will find Steve fly fishing a high country trout stream or skiing his favorite powder run.
