Steve Nye

Steve holds the prestigious CCIM designation, a distinction earned by fewer than 6% of commercial real estate professionals. With 18 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing, sales, and property management, he brings a wealth of expertise to every transaction. Born in Bloomington, IL, and raised in Muncie, IN, Steve attended Ball State University, affectionately known as “Letterman U” after the famous alumnus, David Letterman. Steve has been happily married to his supportive wife for over 30 years and is a proud father to two stepchildren and a grandfather to two wonderful grandchildren. Outside of work, Steve is an avid sports fan, especially of the Indianapolis Colts, and enjoys golfing, contributing to his church, and spending quality time with family, friends, and his dog, Colt (named after his favorite team).
