Steve Morgan

Steve Morgan joined Newmark in 2017 as Executive Managing Director in the company’s Atlanta office. Steve has more than 40 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and consistently recognized as one of the top producing brokers in the marketplace; representing many national, international, and local companies. Steve joined Newmark after serving as Principal at Avison Young for five years. Prior to joining Avison Young, he was a Senior Vice President and Associate Broker at Grubb & Ellis, now Newmark, for 10 years, and prior to that, he served as Managing Director for the southeast region on behalf of CSFB Realty Corp., the real estate brokerage division of Credit Suisse First Boston. Steve spent his first 18 years as Senior Vice President at a leading commercial real estate firm in Atlanta. Before entering the commercial real estate industry, he was a Senior District Manager with the Coca-Cola Company in the western United States.
