Steve Menty

Steve has worked at Atlantic Retail Properties since 2008. In his decade as a broker, he has extensive experience with tenant representation, landlord representation, and asset disposition. Notable tenant clients include Starbucks, Chick-Fil-A, Denny’s, and Salon Lofts. Through his work, Steve supports his clients with their site selection, deal negotiation, and development and expansion strategy. As a Landlord representative, Steve has worked with Kimco, Black Creek Group, and various local owners, and has managed the leasing efforts of a large portion of the Stop & Shop New England disposition portfolio. Steve graduated from Tufts University in 2007, where he earned a degree in Economics and played on the Tufts football team. Originally from Wilbraham, Massachusetts, Steve currently resides in Boston. Outside of work he enjoys time with his nephews, traveling, and rooting for any New England sport teams.
