Steve Masica

Steve Masica owns a franchise of Sperry Commercial Global Affiliates (SperryCGA.com), a global full-service commercial real estate brokerage. SperryCGA – The Masica Company, with an office in Cleveland, Ohio, along with Medina, OH and is focused on serving clients in all of their real estate needs – from advising, construction project management, leasing, sales, and property management. Steve comes to The Masica Company with a career in building, construction management, real estate development, and real estate sales experience. His career began as the owner of Masica Builders, a custom home building company where he spent 27 years. He obtained his real estate license in 2006 when he founded MSL Realty, which was sold in 2008. He has been the owner/partner in JC Holdings, SLM Development Co., the Strand Company, and Sharon Circle, LLC – all involved in real estate development, historic restoration, and construction projects. In 2013, Steve joined wife, Michelle, at Gerspacher Real Estate Group in which he spent 6 years as an agent involved in leasing, sales, and advising. He was born and raised in Medina County, where he continues to reside with Michelle. He has two daughters, both in the Greater Cleveland Area. Steve is heavily involved in the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) Organization, in which he served as the 2019 Secretary, 2020 President- Elect and will be the 2021 President of the Ohio Chapter of CCIM. He enjoys serving clients in all of their construction and real estate needs through The Masica Company. Outside of the Masica Company, Steve enjoys flying Cessna’s and being near the water – either in a boat or on the sand.
