Steve Marshall

Steve Marshall is President and founder of Marshall Real Estate in Boulder, Colorado – previously The Marshall Company. Prior to opening his brokerage firm, he served as Commercial Director for KW Commercial with Keller Williams Front Range Properties, LLC. Before moving to the Front Range, he was a commercial broker with The Fleisher Company, serving the lower Roaring Fork Valley, from Carbondale to Rifle, Colorado. He is an experienced, professional specializing in commercial and investment real estate. Steve has experience with development projects, assemblages, and various investment structures. His mission is to add value for every client and exceed his clients’ expectations with every step of the process. Steve has a diverse background in real estate, finance, and investing. Steve has operated his own independent real estate brokerage, worked as a consultant on municipal golf course development, real estate investment, and small business development and financing. He spent several years in the commodity futures industry as a trading system developer and a registered Commodity Trading Advisor. Steve holds a BS in Business Administration from Northern Arizona University, and a MBA with a specialization in Real Estate and Construction Management from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver. In his spare time, Steve enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, as well as skiing and biking in the mountains of Colorado.
