Stephen R. Lane is the Sr. Vice President at Voit Commercial Brokerage’s Corporate Services Group. Within the environment of commercial and industrial real estate leasing, sales, investment sales and management, Steve has represented the interests of both tenants and landlords. As the Tenant’s representative, Steve has worked to manage the lease and sales process in order to exceed his client’s goals as cooperatively determined. Goals generally include the lowest effective rental rate achievable over the lease term plus accounting for location, quality, function and image issues as prioritized by the client. Steve’s goal is to provide the best service with greatest benefits to his client, while understanding all parties' needs and requirements.
