Steve Kwak

Steve Kwak is the founder and owner of Eagle Investment of Orlando. As a native of South Korea, Steve started his American journey by coming to Florida in the late 1980s to take advantage of the booming tourism industry in Central Florida. He opened a flea market booth selling oriental homeware and decor to tourists. As his business and demand for oriental decor grew, he leased a space in Home Furnishing Center on South Orange Blossom Trail to grow his business. In 2000, Steve made his first commercial real estate acquisition, Home Furnishing Center. Soon afterwards in the same year, he opened Gallery Furniture in Home Furnishing Center, a furniture store that sells a unique blend of home furnishing items. As demand for furniture in the Central Florida grew, Steve realized he needed additional warehouse space and acquired warehouses and property along Taft-Vineland Road for future investment needs. With over 30 years of experience and exposure to the thriving business and real estate market in South Orlando, Steve continues to acquire and develop property that caters to the area.
