Steve Kindl

Steve has held positions across all real estate disciplines, product types and with a national focus throughout his 30+ year career. His real estate experience has been with prominent firms including Aetna Realty, John Hancock Real Estate, Lend Lease and Cigna Realty prior to joining Figure Eight Properties in 2015. Currently, he is directly responsible for the management and leasing of a diverse portfolio of properties in Connecticut. His specific responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of tenant relations, budgeting, financial administration, risk management, leasing, maintenance and strategic financial analysis. Mr. Kindl graduated with a degree in Accounting from the University of Connecticut and received an MBA in Finance from the University of Hartford. Over his career, he has been a member of ICSC, NMHA, REFA and REIAC. He is a licensed salesperson in the State of Connecticut.
